THE INNOVATIVE EIDOS ELECTRONIC UNIT: A SUCCESSFUL CONSOLE

The new electronic data-setting console has been a great success with established customers and has led to new and important companies choosing Eidos printers.

The immediacy of the touchscreen and the fine graphics of the display pages have made local modification of data even simpler and more immediate, also enabling online visual inspection of the printing.
The label is displayed on the screen in its real graphic setting and can be enlarged (zoom function) to make it easier to read.

The powerful and comprehensive "Help on Line" enables the printer to be understood immediately and naturally without resorting to the user manual.

The internal Flash memory is very large and enables a large quantity of labels to be stored that contain text and logos.

The size of the local memory can be further increased using the USB_Memory card that is supplied with the product. This card also ensures rapid and safe data transfer from the PC on which the texts of the labels are processed to the printer.

The console's powerful internal microprocessor enables variable and automatic data to be reprocessed that can also be updated at each cycle without slowing the rate at which the labels are affixed.
The console also enables the printer to be connected to an Ethernet or 802.11g 2 Wireless network using USB adapters for exchanging data with the PC server, or to be connected serially to a PLC.
